Got the intake in after work today.

Blew out my fuel lines yesterday so that is why I'm not boosting past 7psi. Pretty much ruined all my plans.

Nice truck, two things though: What does hybrid define and why are the exhausts open?

Strait pipes have no back pressure and allow better flow which in return adds an estimated 20hp and around 2-3 MPG increase.

The hybrid thing is for the irony I guess.

Nice Truck....but that being said, I've never been a truck fan....or diesels in general.

With the whole world crying about energy conservation and pollution I rate diesels at the top of the list of vehicles that s/b outlawed.

I own a Ford Festiva...35MPG in the city...50MPG on the highway. Not exciting but certainly more environmentally friendly.

But that's just me

Common misconception, diesels are more efficient and environmentally friendly than gasoline vehicles. By alot.

What about rainy days? Leave the truck out in heavy rain for one night and the engine won't be able to expunge the water collected in the pipes.
