Error when starting BD

Hello, i got some issues goin on here with the BattleDirector.
When finnishing the installation it says: The program can`t start because MSVCP71.dll is missing from your computer.

And i checked it. The .dll file is in the BattleDirector folder.
What do i need to do?

Nevermind, i installed windows xp. So now everything works perfectly

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit and I have the same problem.....I've reinstalled like the error says to do and still have the same problem....Any help would be great, thanks.
