Default Building a new computer

I'm thinking of building a new computer, but I not really sure where to start.

I've got some things that I really want:

HD-487A-CDF9 - 2GB XFX HD 4870 X2, PCI-E 2.0, 3600MHz GDDR5, GPU 750MHz, 1600 Cores, CrossFire, 2x DL DVI-I/ HDTV
- £240.90

1TB Western Digital WD10EADS Caviar Green, SATA 3Gb/s, IntelliPower, 32MB Cache, NCQ - £64.40
