Default Demo Frame skipping

Hi
I`m working on my new bf2 movie, i`m doing some demo recording and 3d tracking on it, all goes well apart one thing. Video i capture has dropped frames
I`m using Fraps while recording video in demo, frame rate does not drop under 30fps. But the captured footage stutters a bit while playing back. Where i want it very smooth.

Example

Could it be something wrong with my bf2 demo files? or is it something else,
does anyone had a similar problem?
