It might just be me, but that stock looks stretched, and the squares on the right seems too opaque.

I like the text effects though. Good Work

The render of the guy seems a bit squashed. The grid lines on the right side look kinda gay because they are really overused but to each his own. Love the text effect. Over all its nice, just fix the render. Mess around with the hue, saturation, contrast, and phot filters for altrnate color effects :)
