Stay away from Rock direct, after a year my hosue mate sent off his Rock SLi laptop and it came back with over two pages of things that were wrong with the hardware, and this guy looked after it damn well, and it came back with anti-tamper stickers so he couldn't clean the dust out of it anymore.
But more importantly, Since November the 3rd, I have been waiting for them to send me photos of me and some of the stuff happening at the event Fuse 07 which I went to as a VIP. And haven't got a reply yet, sending more PMs and forum posts on their forums today, as there were some good photos.
Not to interested in their customers at all! If they are going to do a PR event, then make good PR not bad!!
