In Highway Tampa the camera is touched up in After Effects. To add a wiggle effect and zoom in/zoom out and also to focus on things the tracked camera wasn't focusing on.

It was from a file called "heli crash" in the CoD4 .rar's, so I doubt they used boats to immitate a helicopter crash. Or they're just clever bastards...!

You never know where they got it from, but yeah when the screen goes black thats when it sounds dodgey to me hehe.
